All financial arrangements are strictly between the family and the colleges not the Lauderdale County Department of Education. For a small fee colleges will arrange deferred payment, which spreads the cost over the semester.
If the cost will prohibit your student from taking dual enrollment classes, please contact your guidance counselor via telephone or email to change your course requests as soon as possible.
Apply for Financial Aid
1. Apply for the Tennessee Lottery Dual Enrollment Grant at the TSAC College Pays website. At the site click online application.
2. A 25% fee discount is available for children of Tennessee State Employees and Tennessee Teachers upon completion of the proper form. These students should complete a fee discount application and turn it in to Donna Smith, Mrs Joy Beaird, or Mrs. Kristy Crihfield.
3. In case of severe financial need, complete the Workforce Initiative Grant Application (paper) available in the Distance Learing labs or from Mrs. Donna Smith.
If you desire to apply for any of the following grants and scholarships, please print and return the completed the forms to Mrs. Donna Smith, Mrs. Joy Beaird, or Mrs. Kristy Crihfield in the distance learning labs as soon as possible.
