My Educational Bio

 I graduated from Halls High School in 1996.  I obtained my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis in Elementary Education.  I received my Master's of Education Degree from Union University.  I am currently working toward my Ed.S in Technology in Schools through the University of Missouri.  I taught second grade for five years at Halls Elementary School.  This is my fifth year serving as Technology Coach.  I spend most of my time working with sixth through eighth grade teachers and students.

Tech Integration

There are many ways I help teachers integrate technology into the classroom.

• Co-teach lessons in classrooms using various applications or Internet sites
• Research to find websites and/or tech resources  to enhance lessons.
• Help plan tech integration lessons for the classroom
  
• Create iMovies, PowerPoint presentations, podcasts, etc
  
• Teach teachers and students how to use various applications such as Mail, Address Book, Power Point, Garageband, Making the Grade, etc
• Create a monthly newsletter containing educational links and Web 2.0 resources
